There are several ways to get information about the canidates and issues that will be on the ballot on Nov. 2nd. You can attend a debate, watch one on tv or do some reading:
1) Face Off at Ferris
A debate between Michael Baumgartner and Chris Marr, 6th District state senate canidates, sponspored by the Ferris leadership and debate classes.
Wednesday, October 13, 7pm
Ferris Auditorium
Arrive early to get good seats. The Ferris jazz orchestra will entertain you from 6pm until the debate starts.
2) Canidates Forum hosted by Cliff/Cannon Neighborhood Council
Thursday, October 14, 7-8:30 pm
Roosevelt Elementary
This forum will feature the following canidates:
Spokane County Comissioner
Bonnie Mager and Al French
3rd District State Representative
Dave White and Andy Billig
3rd District State Representative
Timm Ormsby and Morgan Oyler
3) Election Forums on CityCable 5
Forums sponsored and moderated by the Spokane League of Women Voters will be broadcast on CityCable 5 throughout October.
