Sushi I is moving into the location formerly occupied by Quiznos in the Village at Regal Pond. The sign is up and construction seems to be moving along. Sushi I will also offer teriyaki.
Meanwhile, Blu Berry Frozen Yogurt also has an official sign installed. Blu Berry will be located on 57th Ave in the space where Taco Del Mar used to reside. Remodeling of the space is underway and a soft opening is planned for April 8.
